FAQs

I mailed in my renewal notice recently with a payment, but then received another notice in the mail. Why?

It takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks to process a renewal payment. If you have already sent in your payment, please disregard the follow-up notice.

Can I use my membership during the renewal processing time?

Yes. We allow a 30-day grace period following the expiration of a membership – but do try and get your renewal to us soon.
