"For 70 years, Julius Shulman has steadily created one of the most comprehensive visual chronologies of modern architecture and the development of the Los Angeles region. He is renowned for some of the most iconic photographs in architectural history." The Getty Research Institute.

With his collaborator, architectural photographer Juergen Nogai, the ever prolific 97-year-old Julius Shulman photographed the newly renovated Griffith Observatory in 2007. We are honored to offer one extraordinary image as a fine art print. This chromogenic development print is 20" high by 16" wide and is sold matted, 27" x 22 1/2". Griffith Observatory, referred to by Observatory Director E.C. Krupp as "the hood ornament of Los Angeles" is available in a very limited edition of 25.
