What are the benefits and price of a FOTO membership?

I cannot find my membership card and/or number. What can I do?

Click on Contact Us, type in your full name and address with your request for your membership number and we will respond within 48 hours.

My membership number -- where do I find that?

Your membership card includes your membership number. Until you receive your membership card, please feel free to email us at Contact Us and we will either give you your membership number or provide directions as to how to make reservations for the Samuel Oschin Planetarium show.

I've never had a membership card. Why do I need one?

Bring your card with you on visits to the Observatory to receive a 10% discount on food and drink purchases at the Café at the End of the Universe AND 10% off your purchases at the Stellar Emporium book and gift store.


Your membership card and number will allow you special privileges. Keep an eye on our website for valuable information about upcoming members-only opportunities .

I am a new member. When do I get my membership card?

Your personalized membership card will arrive 3-4 weeks after your completed application is received.

How can I update my contact information?
